The Process
Q: How long will it take to place the order?
A: It will only take a couple of minutes to place the order and it's very easy.
Q: How long does it take my vehicle to get picked up?
A: It will take us approximately 1-3 business days to get your vehicle picked up from the time we receive your agreement.
Q: Does National Transport LLC offer enclosed transportation?
A: Yes, however there is a premium for enclosed shipments. We also ship heavy equipment, boats and RV's, classic cars, motorcycles, custom cars, and yes, even plain old cars.
Q: What kind of trailer will my vehicle be loaded onto?
A: There are many types and styles of trailers -- the most common ones used are six or nine car transporters.
The Payment
Q: How do I pay for the shipping?
A: We have a comprehensive way of different payment options, including all major credit cards.
Q: Can we just pay everything to the driver when the car is delivered?
A: No, as per company policy we must obtain at lease SOME funds or form of payment up front.
The Where
Q: Do you have any terminals or a place I can drop my car off?
A: No. We are strictly a door-to-door service
Q: Do you transport into Canada/Mexico
A: No. We don't ship vehicles INTO Canada/Mexico, however we will ship it to the border within the United States.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office is located in Central Florida but our trucks are nationwide.
Q: Does National Transport ship from anywhere, to anywhere within the United States?
A: Yes we do.
