Video: Review of the 2010 Dodge Caliber

In the following video, Cars.com employee Bill Jackson, takes us on a tour of the 2010 Dodge Caliber. In close competition with the Toyota Matrix as well as the Ford Escape, Jackson points out that the Caliber is a ‘comfortable and practical’ vehicle but that it has one major flaw: poor visibility.
However, while the exterior of the vehicle seems to be its major downside, the interior of the vehicle more than makes up for it as it features things such as leather seating surfaces and upgraded trim pieces in the midrange Uptown model. In the News: 3 boats and boat houses burned in Harbor Island Fire

In August, an early-morning fire on Harbor Island, located in the Seattle, Washington area, burned three boats as well as three boathouses. There were no injuries.
The fire started at 4 a.m. with an explosion on one of the boats. As it turns out, the fire erupted after a spark from electrical equipment on board a 36-foot wooden motor boat ignited fuel vapor in the boat’s bilge, causing the explosion. The fire became so bad that the Harbor Patrol and the Coast Guard were called in.

In the News: Vulture escapes handlers and causes pilots to be on alert

Britain air traffic controllers put pilots on alert in August after a vulture escaped from handlers during a display.
Normally, birds aren’t too big of a concern where airplanes are involved. However, the vulture is a bird capable of flying as high as 30,000 feet. The vulture in question is a seven-year-old Ruppell’s vulture with a three-meter wingspan named Gandalf. The bird escaped from handlers during a show at the World of Wings center in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.
