He blew through two stop/yield signs on Highway 10 right in front of her. She broadsided his F150 at 65 miles per hour. Thank God for old Luminas and 5 star crash ratings. She walked away, but we spent the next 18 months going to court appearances to be sure this guy didn't get off scott free. He didn't get much, but we did get our day(s) in court and it counted in the sentencing of this conviction. He was supposed to go to treatment as part of his sentence, that seems to have worked out real well....Lock him up longer, save some lives. Thank God she kept up with all the shenanigans he tried to do to avoid that charge. He had his attorney with him in the emergency room when they arrived at the hospital in the ambulance. He needs to go away and not ever be allow in a vehicle again. My daughter was lucky. After flipping her vehicle over she had minor injuries. This guy will never learn.
