Ride a bike. the kind with pedals. It’s not as hard as you think. Give it a try on the weekend, see how long it takes, and the more you do it, the quicker it’ll get. Also, you won’t have to go to the gym anymore, so you save that expense of money and time. Besides, biking is more enjoyable than the gym anyway.

thanks for visiting my blog! i just came home from a road trip, and gas is really starting to hurt. europe may have higher prices, but they have a much better system of public transportation.
