This is the first time I have ever bought a car online from a private seller in a different state. Just getting a little more information on how the process of finding a driver, etc, but the customer service rep made me feel better. All questions were answered quickly and completely. Additional information was provided before I even asked. Very pleasant experience. Although the operator's computer was down, she never wasted any time obtaining the info and relayed her knowledge back to me in a timely matter. She was very courteous via her email communication.
