Q: How long does it take my car to get picked up?
A: It takes approximately 3-5 business days from time your car is ready to be picked up.  However, this is just the average. Certain routes can get picked up even quicker!  
The amount of time it takes for pickup varies based on a number of factors, including: the auto transport route (pickup and delivery locations), availability of car carriers in the area, amount of demand for a particular car shipping route, traffic, weather and road conditions. Q: Do you offer enclosed car shipping?
A: Yes; however, there is a premium for enclosed shipments. We also ship classic cars, motorcycles, custom cars, and even inoperable cars. Learn more about the auto transport options available.

Q: What kind of car shipping trailer will my car be loaded onto?
A: There are many types and styles of trailers -- the most common ones used are six or nine car transporters.

Q: How do I pay for car shipping?
A: We want to make the car transport process as convenient and simple as possible.  To that end, we offer an array of payment options, including all major credit cards, PayPal, Money Order, personal check and cash on delivery.

Q: Do you take a deposit when I place my order?
A: We never accept any money until your order is scheduled for pickup.  We believe the auto transport process should be risk free.  Therefore, we only take a deposit when your pickup date is confirmed.  

Q: Can we just pay everything to the driver once the car is delivered?
A: No, as per our company privacy policy, we must obtain at least some funds or form of payment up front before your car is picked up and transported.

Q: Do you offer any discounts or savings?

Questions & Answers About Where Your Car Goes

Q: Do you have any auto transport terminals or a place where I can drop my car off?
A: No. We are strictly a door-to-door auto transport service, which means that you don't have to worry about going anywhere. We'll come to you!

Q: Do you provide auto transport into Canada/Mexico?
A: No. We do not ship cars INTO Canada/Mexico, however we will ship it to the border within the United States.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our main office is located in Central Florida, but our car shipping trucks are nationwide.  We also have a fleet location in Merrillville, Indiana and a regional sales office in Mediapolis, Iowa.

Q: Do you ship from anywhere, to anywhere within the United States?
A: Yes we do. We ship state-to-state within the US.
